Where odds are published due to a manifest error — including but not limited to misquoted prices, typographical errors or data feed failures — pkr989 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes. pkr989 will act reasonably and notify affected Users where practicable.
Live betting markets on events such as Pakistan cricket, PSL T20 matches, ICC tournaments, football and UFC are subject to rapid odds changes. Bets placed during live events are subject to the operator's settlement rules for that market. pkr989 is not liable for connection issues, latency or data feed interruptions during live betting.
Bets are settled according to the official result as recognised by the relevant governing body (e.g., ICC for cricket, FIFA for football, UFC for mixed martial arts). In the event of a dispute regarding settlement, pkr989's decision, based on available official sources, is final.
